GEOINT · COP · C2 · Force protection — air-gapped
Exploit, fuse, command and protect — on one air-gapped engine.
GeoTactical Insights brings the GEOINT and defense workflows of 3D Map Explorer to one place: IMINT, SAR/InSAR and stereo exploitation, multi-INT track fusion, a TAK-native common operating picture and installation force-protection analysis — in a full-stack web application — easy to deploy on-prem today, with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Marketplace listings coming soon. Need a Windows workstation? Use 3D Map Explorer.

Mission functions
Four jobs, one web app
Each pillar is a set of shipped tools with its own guide, test suite and REST surface — not a roadmap slide.
Exploit
Imagery, SAR, stereo and hyperspectral exploitation with server-side raster math, RPC mensuration and classification — the analyst workstation tier.
Fuse
Every live feed — radar, ADS-B, AIS, APRS, MAVLink, Remote ID, CoT — correlated into one track picture with CPA, deconfliction and NATO-format export.
Command
A TAK-native client with missions, GeoChat, after-action replay and TAK Server administration — reachable over mTLS or server-less multicast when the network is gone.
Protect
Installation security on one seat: FPCON posture, blast standoff and QD arcs, occlusion-aware sensor coverage, CBRN plume, evacuation and exercise AAR.
One engine, three shapes
Web app, on-prem or marketplace — same core
GeoTactical Insights is a full-stack web application: the same GEOINT, fusion, C2 and force-protection stack in the browser. Deploy it on-prem as easily as any modern web stack. AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Marketplace listings are coming soon. Teams that need a native Windows workstation should use 3D Map Explorer.
- Full-stack web appBrowser-based GEOINT, COP, C2 and force protection. Not a Windows installer and not a ZIP download — a web application your team opens in the browser.
- On-premDeploy on your own servers as easily as a standard web stack. Air-gapped and customer-controlled networks are first-class, not a mode.
- Cloud marketplaceAvailable soon on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Marketplace. Until then, on-prem is the path; Windows desktop users run 3D Map Explorer.

Feature pages
The GEOINT and defense workflow catalog
Nine mission workflows and three platform pages. Every page states what is shipped, what is an optional sidecar and what is roadmap.
Multi-INT COP & Fusion
ASTERIX, ADS-B, AIS, APRS, MAVLink, Remote ID and CoT fused into one correlated track picture, exported as STANAG 4676.
Force Protection
FPCON, blast standoff, sensor coverage, CBRN plume, evacuation, airfield surfaces and exercise AAR on one seat.
IMINT Exploitation
A spec-conformant ImageServer on the analyst’s desk: raster math, RPC mensuration, detection, tradecraft formats.
SAR / InSAR
Amplitude, speckle, coherence, polarimetric decomposition, a full InSAR chain and SICD — Sentinel-1 to Capella.
Stereo & 3D Terrain
Stereo pair to DSM to footprints to LoD2.2 city models; viewshed, LOS and terrain analysis on the result.
Classification & HSI
SCP-class classifiers, RF/SVM/XGBoost, endmembers, CEM/ACE/RXD target detection, change detection, OBIA.
UAS Ops & C-UAS
Plan, preflight, fly, deconflict, process and exploit — with Remote ID, BVLOS picture and counter-UAS overlay.
Maritime Domain Awareness
Dark-vessel and AIS-anomaly detection, S-57/S-100 charts, CPA alerts and STANAG 4676 track export.
Deployment
Full-stack web app, easy on-prem deploy, cloud marketplace coming soon — one product, three ways to run it.
SDK & Extensibility
Plugins, sidecars, DuckDB, an MCP server and a local LLM assistant — extend without forking.
Standards & Interoperability
The formats, protocols and symbology the mission already uses, in and out.
Positioning
Built for the seams the incumbents leave open
Three product categories dominate defense geospatial buying. Each solves part of the problem and requires you to assemble the rest.
Versus browser exploitation add-ons
Web exploitation add-ons need an enterprise GIS server and image server underneath, and stay shallow on SAR, stereo and thermal. This engine runs exploitation locally with no enterprise prerequisite — and your existing ArcGIS Pro and QGIS clients keep working against its Esri-compatible and OGC endpoints.
Versus visualization SDKs
An SDK is a two-year integration project before anyone sees a COP. Here the finished application ships on day one, and the plugin SDK, sidecars and embeddable engine remain available for the teams that still want to build.
Versus per-seat exploitation workstations
Program-of-record exploitation suites do not serve, fuse live feeds or do C2. This is the 80% exploitation workflow — mensuration, stereo DSM, SAR, classification — plus the live COP they never had, at a fraction of a seat. It is a workflow analog, not an accredited replacement, and we say so.
TAK is never the competitor. The product is TAK-native — a CoT client, mission bridge and TAK Server admin console — so it attaches to the mesh your units already run and adds the exploitation, fusion and serving layers TAK does not do.
Honest by design
What we will not tell you it does
Defense evaluations are won and lost on one overclaim. The scope notes on every page come straight from the product’s own documentation and code review.
- Shipped Documented, tested capability — Every feature page on this site was written from the product guides and cross-checked against the source tree. Counts and formats are quoted, not rounded up.
- Optional sidecar / gated Sidecars are named as sidecars — ESA SNAP, OpenCV, scikit-learn, YOLO-E, OpenDroneMap, roofer and llama.cpp are optional, capability-gated components. When absent the API returns a clear 503 and an install hint; the core math is pure C#.
- Optional sidecar / gated Tradecraft formats are gated — NITF / CADRG / CIB / RPF require a full GDAL build dropped into the runtime folder; GeoTIFF, COG, JP2K and SICD ship in the box. MrSID and ECW are unsupported.
- Roadmap Compliance wording — Cryptography uses FIPS-approved algorithms; formal FIPS 140-3 validation is pending. No ATO, accreditation or certification history is implied.
- Roadmap What is not claimed — No Link 16 / VMF terminal, no LAANC filing, no RF-based counter-UAS detection, no certified detect-and-avoid, no ECDIS. Where a capability is partial, its page says so.
